My Bio

Dr. McDoniel is a bariatric specialist with over 14 years experience helping individuals obtain their personal health and wellness goals. He is one of only a small number of specialists professionally trained in the field of psychology, exercise physiology, and nutrition. 

Dr. McDoniel holds a Doctorate degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology.

He is a Fellow of The American College of Nutrition, The Obesity Society and is a Board Certified Exercise Physiologist.
